WE ARE HAPPY TO SEE YOU ON BOARD!

All the staff of Maheux-Cree Bus Service and Autobus Maheux worked hard to allow a gradual resumption of services. For the moment, we offer two departures per day (one in the morning and one at night) on the Abitibi / Montreal corridor with possible connection to Gatineau and Ottawa.

The Chisasibi / Val-d'Or line is also in service since September 2,2020.
Special conditions apply for passengers wishing to travel to the territory of Eeyou Istchee. Also, the residents of Level 4-Maximum Alert (red zones) and Level 3–Alert (orange zones) are prohibited from travelling to Level 2–Early Warning (yellow zones). Only essential travel is permitted. Travelling to a Hight Risk Area requires Mandatory Self-Isolation upon return in Chisasibi as stated in Law #2020-004. You will be asked to fill a form regarding your trip and health status by entering Chisasibi (check point). Please visit this site for details

Although reduced, our transport services remain operational and represent an essential service for the population. However, we remind you that Quebec is still in a state of health emergency. Since the start of the crisis and this is even more true with the third wave that hits us, everyone is asked to avoid moving from one region to another or from one city to another as much as possible. View the map of COVID-19 alert levels by region by following this link.

ONLY ESSENTIAL TRAVEL SHOULD TAKE PLACE

////////// CURFEW //////////

If your departure time is between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m:
Although it is currently forbidden for any person in Quebec, between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m., to be outside his residence, it is allowed to be outside his
residence to take a bus providing interregional or interprovincial service or to go, following its journey, to its final destination. (D-2-2021)

In the wake of the measures deployed by the provincial government to reduce the speed of the spread of the COVID-19 disease, several rules are in place to allow you to travel safely and comfortably.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR TICKETS

IT IS FORBIDDEN TO TRAVEL if you have symptoms of COVID-19. A passenger showing symptoms of the disease is denied boarding and their ticket will be refunded or changed.

Tickets are only available through our virtual ticket office.

Tickets must be purchased no later than the day before departure and the number of places is limited to respect social distancing.

During the health crisis related to COVID-19, people under 13 are no longer allowed to travel alone on our coaches.

In the context of the relaunch of our services and because of the new measures recommended by the Direction de la santé publique du Québec to respect a maximum capacity of only 13 passengers per bus, we would like to inform you that the CHILD, STUDENT and 60+ fares are not available. Only REGULAR fare tickets are available.

In addition, following the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and Social Services, we ask passengers to follow the instructions relating to wearing a face covering in public places when making this trip. Consult the instructions and recommendations by following this link.
